Times are changing

Aug. 3, 1965
South Carolina
Less than three months earlier, the Bob Thomas/Howard Neal "Strip Teaser" was your basic A/FXer, a Falcon stuffed with the hi-riser 427 out of the team's '64 Thunderbolt, gasoline and carburetors. The car would also get a mild AWB treatment; not sure if that has happened by this race. Subsequent owners put a straight axle on the front -- not my favorite version of the car.
