"Tension" evolution

This dealership sponsored the great Southern racer Shirl Greer.
Included are photos of the evolution of this car, a classic example of what happened to so many cars that were ever-adapted, cut up and otherwise changed to keep up with factory cars. It ran into 1968, when Greer joined the flopper ranks with a Dodge Charger.
